display a small "run command" X11 window. This is usefull for just executing some small command without opening an extra terminal window for that. xrun uses a historyfile ~/.xrun_history for keeping track of what you typed ealier. xrun is also able to run as a daemon in the background and wait for wakeup signals, in this mode it is much faster. xrun requires the Tk perl module.
